Second day of unplanned stops

Brief update.


Feeling better this morning after a long sleep we headed down the straight baking road to Polokwane.

That was the planned stop before pushing to Burgersfort.

This is how he was cycling to Polokwane.

It was too hot to cycle before 3pm so we opted to go into the night. The scenery changed to rolling hills and long downhills. All was going way better than planned until hitting a headwind of about 20knots. We fought that for an hour before abandoning burgersfort for the night. With our downhill speed of 10km/h with peddling it would have doubled our time to do the 60km.
